Professional Chefs You’ll want in Your Corner

Personal chef Brianna De Gennaro
Florence, Italy
These days, people throw the term “Chef” around quite a bit. Being relatively good is never good enough. In reality, there are a very small number of people who can refer to themselves as excellent chefs. Brianna has the honor of holding the title “Excellent chef.”
We are proud to have Brianna on Board as one of our chefs for our Legendary Lunches and Divine Dinners in Florence. The first word that comes to mind when people think of Briana is professionalism. She works culinary magic in our cookware for us all to enjoy in the comfort of your beautiful home in Florence.
A New York Native, Briana chose to begin her formal training at The Culinary Institute of America, where Briana received a degree in Culinary Arts and Hospitality and Management.
Briana was never one to let anyone put her in a box, nor did she let the expectations of others define her. Instead, she chose to pave her way. That’s why in 2011, Briana decided it was time to follow her dream to move to Italy and immerse herself into the rich culture of food and wine that she had always loved.
Her first stop on this new Italian adventure began at Ora D’Aria, a Michelin star restaurant in the heart of Florence. Here she learned a new modern twist, the classic Tuscan cuisine. She also spent time outside the professional kitchen learning from some of Italy’s real masters the secrets of genuine Italian cuisine.
Over the past five years, Briana has participated in Wine and Enology courses in Florence to enhance her palate in wine and food pairings. All of these experiences have led Briana to fulfill her dream job as a personal, professional chef, caterer, and host of cooking classes, hoping to transmit to others through her recipes the magic of Italian food and wine!

Chef Alessandro Gargani from La Cucina del Garga
Florence, Italy
Alessandro Gargani is a former New York chef whose culinary skills wooed Florentine taste buds for over three decades. The spirited, well-known chef Alessandro Gargani is passionate about our concept and uses our Risottiera pan for his famous pasta dish “Tagliatelle Del Magnifico.” He remarks on how this particular pasta, which has been a classic, is taken to another level when cooked in a silver pan: “You taste the ingredients individually but amalgamated so perfectly to create a sublime experience.
Gargani implements the age-old practice of cooking with silver to prepare his modern dishes. According to him, “Since I have been using the Cookware Couture pots, I discovered a whole new world of cooking. For me, the most interesting aspect of cooking with silver is the flavor of the food”. With Cookware Couture, you can craft food that is not only yummy but also soulful, hearty, and of course, nutritious.
